A master plan is never complete. It is a path prepared within the context of extensive analysis. Bringing together existing conditions with future needs. It is impossible to anticipate every future circumstance that will be faced as the plan is implemented. The plan must be flexible to accommodate changing conditions.
 

Time Traveling

The Town Hall is an emulation of a century old grand hotel declared in 1902 to be “the Eight Wonder of the World.” Combining public safety agencies, police and fire, along with the general administration for the town, the design reflects many architectural elements of the hotel.
