It is impossible to anticipate every future circumstance that will be faced as the plan is implemented. The plan must be flexible to accommodate changing conditions.

This 10,000 square foot center is part of the University of Kentucky’s off-campus information network. The group’s office staff assists rural communities in their agricultural concerns and business start-ups. The commercial kitchen facility provides a training center for emerging restaurant owners, while affording use for local events and educational programs in the integral community rooms.
