Decrane is a lean manufacturing facility, their new facility was designed specifically to meet their unique operating needs. The nature of Decrane’s product required very specific design elements: maintenance area and loading dock completely separate from the manufacturing area, loading dock under roof and designed for side load, research & development lab with running water, and temperature and humidity controls vital to areas. Decrane has specific goals for their relocation and they reached their goals and moved their entire facility never missing and order deadline – five days order to delivery.
