Adapting the Mercedes Benz "Autohaus" protoype to an urban block of buildings dating back to the 1940's was enough of a renovation challenge, but the entire project also had to be built while the Dealership continued to sell and service cars. It was a Rubik's Cube of master planning, design, phasing, scheduling, and defying gravity.
