When Time is Money….

The Design/Build process brings the architect and selected contractor together at the inception of the project. Involving the contractor during the design process allows collaboration of construction materials and methods. Full and open communication is essential between building owner and design/build team members.

Utilizing the Design/Build method, projects can generally be completed in less time, allowing occupancy and utilization of the project.
